Microsoft windows not responding

Hi,
The problem occurs in my system is, when I start the system and login to my desktop it get stuck on the desktop and nothing seem to work and suddenly meanu pop up Do you want to end this process?

Hi @Seeker_india,

Please run Event Viewer, and find the error logs that occurs at the same time when the Windows got frozen. 

• Windows Logs > System
• Windows Logs > Application

Take the screenshot and share it as well. Thanks.
