Hello Everyone. This is Sagnik. I actually have been facing a lot of issues with Cortana. When I upgraded to version 2004, The Cortana in my device was not able to open apps on command. I contacted Microsoft advocates but they could not find any solution to this as of now. Recently I enrolled for the Insider Program, and upgraded my pc to version 20H2. Now the advocates are saying that they can do nothing when I have insider program in my device since Cortana is not working still. Is there any way that I can go back to version 2004 from 20H2 without doing a clean installation? If anyone knows any way plz suggest it to me.

Hello @Sagnik1280,

Go to Settings app > Update & Security > Recovery. Do you see Get started button under Go back to an earlier build? If it has been less than 10 days to your upgrade to 20H2 build, you can use this button to go back to V2004.
