Lost progress on Microsoft e-tree

Good Morning everyone, 

For the past couple months I have been growing an e-tree in Microsoft start weather with my co-workers. It has been prompting me to log in by saying I will earn more points, so this morning I did and I lost all my progress... Is there any possible way to get it back?
