My laptop(HP Pavilion Power) ran out of battery and closed. After that when I try to restart it, it reaches the login page but I am not getting any option to enter my password. Its just the background screen. I did get the option to enter my password once but when I entered it the screen jut kept on loading. I have tried chkdsk and scannow on safe mode and it has not resolved any issue. I even tried to reset but I get the message showing that I don't have enough storage. My c drive has 114 gb out of which 4 gb is available. Please help me fix this issue.
