[Hyper-V] - The login screen is bugged, and I can't login

Every time I start the virtual machine, the login screen wallpaper appears but the text field does not appear.

I have tried several virtual machines and it happens in all of them. How do I fix this?

Methods to fix-
Method 1: Restart your computer.
Method 2: Run the Startup Repair tool.
Method 3: Boot your computer in Safe Mode.
Method 4: Create a new user account.
Method 5: Disable fast startup.

@SergioHP, click on the toolbar button, second from the right, that has the networked computer screen icon with a green +. The tooltip for it displays either 'Enhanced session' or 'Basic session'. The session should disconnect then reconnect, and with luck the login panel will be displayed.
I can't confirm, but this might have been caused by shutting down the VM with no "Windows Hello" PIN being configured, as when it happened to me a prompt for PIN creation was the first thing that popped up after logging in.
Subsequent shutdowns seem to have no issue on startup after a PIN is set.

BTW: I have provided this reply—even though a year has passed—to be of assistance to other searchers because the reply from rachelgomez161999 was totally non-relevant to VMs.
