HUAWEI MATEBOOK X PRO CRASHES AFTER DOWNLOADING CHIPSETS TO ENABLE FINGERPRINT SIGN IN

Hi,

I could not enable fingerprint sign in so I downloaded these from Huawey website.:   chipset 10.1.1.45.  fingerprint 1.1.11.41    and the SGX 2.2.100.48032

After that, I started noticing crashes. I would notice a blue screen with a sad face and then a note saying something went wrong and the system would restart. There was a QR code that I could not scan because it disappeared quickly.

I looked in the event viewer and found errors in the application ESIF(8.7.10401.16510) TYPE: ERROR MODULE: DPTF TIME 5383163 ms

In the device manager for windows I saw

Hello face software device - kernel event PnP/device configuration event 411

also in the device manager for  Goodix

Goodix fingerprint SPI device event 430   saying  Device ACPI\GXFP5187\1 requires further installation.

I am not sure what to do with these errors. But since the crashes coincided with my downloading that stuff from Huawey, then I assume those are the culprits.

I would appreciate help if possible.

Thanks
