how to set time show screensaver difference lock screen ?

    In windows 10 when I set time 3 mins to show screensaver but if enable lock screen then it will lock screen also 3 mins .some user complain 3 mins quickly to lock .does it setting 3 mins then show screen saver but 10 mins then lock screen ?

You should be able to set the screen saver to more than 3 minutes to get the required result.

But if enable lock screen then time show screensaver the same time of lockscreen .Here it can set time of lock screen than time of screensaver ?
