This has been a major annoyance for over 5 years already. How has this not been fixed? If anyone from Microsoft sees this, please help us out.

@HotCakeXSetup dual monitors and then run your mouse along the top edge of the screen from one to the other. Cursor stops on one and won't go past unless you move it down just slightly.
Also, if you have dual screens one above the other, and you move your mouse slowly from one to the other, it won't go to the other screen.
