Files being created by VLC and another media program are being given erroneous creation date (2010) for some reason. The computer date is OK. Other programs don't seem to have that problem. I encountered that problem a year or so ago and accidentally stumbled on a fix entailing adding an entry in the registry that fixed the problem till just now. I can't find a record of the work around and searching the web hasn't turned up that reference. I can't remember the details. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
