I urge Microsoft to emphasize quality over quantity of so-called feature updates. There have been too many well documented serious problems over the installation of the April 1803 feature update.
That's not likely to happen since many of Microsoft's QA people were fired in 2014(?) and they are relying on the Insiders program to pick up the slack.
