Error OOBEAADV10 in Windows 10 Pro when trying to set up a Microsoft 365 work account

I cannot connect a business account in a PC with Windows 10 Pro after new installation and receive error "OOBEAADV10". Before the installation it was working.
After I put in the login credentials, I receive a message from Authenticator, approve it, and then the error message occurs.

All you need to do is press CTRL+SHIFT+(FN)+F3
FN key is only required if the F3 key doesn't work by itself.

Then change the sysprep tool to shutdown and reattempt.
