I had asked in https://answers.microsoft.com/zh-hant/windows/forum/windows_10-files/%E4%B8%80%E4%BA%9B%E6%AA%94%E6%... before to want some answers but one said can't help me, so I think do I need a decrypt EFS software to solve this problem, but just can use the software to solve this problem?
