Download speed

Hi everyone,

I have 600mb/s download speed.

but when I download something it only reaches a maximum of 30mb/s

I've done a speedtest(see screenshot)

I checked my firewall, set download limits to unlimited, changed my dns, reinstalled windows, port forwarded some of the ports.

I had contact with someone from microsoft and they suggested this community.

Is there anyone who has the same issue? or has a solution?
