Cumulative updates not at all installing

I have updated windows 21H1 in June , after that only one 2021-06 updates for windows 10 version 21H1 for x64 based systems (KB4023057) is successfully installed. But later updates of 2021-08 updates for windows 10 version 21H1 for x64 based systems (KB4023057) and 2021-09 cumulative updates for windows 10 version 21H1 for x64 based systems (KB5005565) is failing to update and shows the error code of (0x800700c1). My Lap is HP and model of 15-db-1059au. Am I one facing this issue?

this problem relates to this hidden folder "SoftwareDistribution"

Pathway is C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Important do not attempt any fix until you backed up your computer and stored your important information on external drive.

do this even if your computer is having issues any form of back up is better than nothing.

Also handy if your got access to second computer and two days free as these issue take time to correct make notes of any settings and hardware drivers very important.
