changing username of prior owner to my name

I brought a new hp laptop with windows 10 on it but I cannot remove the store's name as the current username. I want my name there so what do I do?

Go to Computer Management>THEN>Local User Group>THEN>User>THEN>Right Click on you Current Computer Name and rename >THEN> restart your pc!
