Cannot use keyboard arrows for file editing after December 2020 optional feature upgrade.

Windows Pro 10 - version 20h2 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0.   

Lenovo yt700 laptop  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I cannot use the keyboard up/down forward/back on any text line. Web page field/ file edit rename. etc  It only now explicitly controls the sound up/down or screen brightness.  How can I roll this back this optional upgrade or get out of this Hotkey control? 

Num lock/caps lock do not adjust issue

Hi, does your laptop has a function key? does it work as a toggle?
these buttons can usually change the default behavior of the keyboard
