[Bug - Windows 10] Wifi disconnects, can't reconnect, Settings stops working, shutdown takes long

Copper Contributor

Exactly what it says on the tin. Sometimes, when the wifi disconnects, my computer gets stuck in this weird state where the network menu and the UWP Settings menus stop working. When I shut down or restart the shutdown takes longer than usual. Do any of you have any idea what this problem is?

Thanks in advance!

The OS I use is Windows 10 version 21H2, Home Single Language edition.

Since when this problem started?
Open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and right click and run it as administrator and then type the following command:

sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs.
Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
I have tried sfc /scannow and the problem persisted.

If it helps, I have had a BugCheck related to the problem.

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffb80eed799060, 0xffff8102b603f750, 0xffffb80f078f4010). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a598235d-7f1b-44b7-9f17-1baeecec61b5."
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and make sure to attach the MEMORY.DMP in your report.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?
