bug in windows 10 22 h2

hello, I detected a problem in version 22h2 and the problem is from the old versions (21h2, 20h2), how do I get to the desktop and enter the state, the folders don't appear there, not anymore after I restart exporer.exe, it comes back, after a while it does the same thing I have build 19045.3393383099217_716264669884094_3698436856534273964_n.jpg383788451_1297645520884188_3597617214454571045_n.jpg

Open start and search for cmd or command prompt and run it as administrator and then type the following command:

sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs and see what the result is.
Check and see if there are any other updates available?
I am not really sure what is the issue... also it seems you are having a custom Windows modified theme pack. Please remove it and see if it fixes.

if I restart explorer.exe from the task manager, the folders return back and many times when I start the PC everything is ok, every once in a while it does this, I don't really use start, I rarely go there, it happens like this in all versions

I still dont' get what is the issue.
Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
