Black Screen after logging in!!!

Today i logged into my pc and there was nothing but a black screen and a cursor. I tried looking it up but it wasnt helpful. Please help!

Hi,

"press and hold the power button on your PC for 10 seconds to turn it off. wait few seconds, Then press and release the power button to turn your PC back on."

@HotCakeX Thanks, the link you provided helped a lot. There was a virus that shut-down File Explorer, I restarted it and removed the virus.
