asus ET2411 touch screen no longer working.

My touchscreen driver as a question mark  in device management since a while and there is no driver available on the ASUS web site. Can Microsoft fix this issue ?

Is your touchscreen's manufacturer Asus too?
was Windows 10 preinstalled on your laptop when you bought it?
