Appears every time I try to open an Windows application (EXE, WORD, PP etc). From what I've found this was a problem last year and all subsequent updates should have solved.
Funny enough the fix I found online:
This issue is fixed in Monthly Channel Version 1803 (Build 9126.2116) or greater. To get the latest update immediately, open an Office app and choose File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
If I could open the App then I wouldn't have the problem!!!
