Advanced Display Settings is missing in build 17074

I have windows insider build 17074.rs_prerelease_flt.180116-1539, and i'm trying to change my refresh rate on my 75HZ monitor. It's currently running at 60Hz with no way to change it.  Help :)

I'm having the same issue as well. When searching via Cortana I see the option is available, but when I try to click it it will load for a moment and then close on its own.

You can inform Microsoft team using you feedback apps. or try to reset your pc.
