hello im stupid i deleted on my account administrator, but i am the only account on this pc, so i cant do nothing, is there a way to reinstall windows or give myself administrator without having administrator?

I think it could help, but when im on step System Recovery Options it wants me to log into account, and only account there is administrator, but theres no administrator
