There is absolutely no visual indication to see which clipboard item is Pinned when you press Win + V. only when you right-click on each of the items to see if it says "unpin" or not. this is not enough, there needs to be a visual indication, such as a highlight or shadows around the Pinned item to show it is Pinned.
