a weird line in File Explorer

I don't know how it came or showing up right above the Folders in File Explorer. I just enabled the ASP .NET and .NET framework features from  'Turn Windows Features on or off'. None of my localhost apps are working - JavaScript error VM53:2755 crbug/1173575, non-JS module files deprecated.

Any help will be highly appreciated, thank you.

Does this problem start after you enable these services?
If yes, try turn them off and restart your PC and see if the problem persist?
Try turn off the Dark Mode and turn it on.

In this case, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue?
Have you installed any program recently?
Are you facing this problem in the Safe Mode too?

I didn't try to open the system in safe mood but added a feedback in Feedback hub.
