设置显示器色彩的接口，类似夜间模式的效果

除了SetDeviceGammaRamp是否还有其它设置显示器颜色的接口。可以改变显示器的输出色彩。达到类似夜间模式的效果，我的期望是去除红色和蓝色，增强绿色
