求优化windows10笔记本方案

最近笔记本出现开机慢，停留在电脑LOGO画面十几秒，进入桌面后，切换各软件，打开各文档，都是慢吞吞的，尝试过重启也作用不大

排除病毒感染，因为公司有专门的防病毒软件一直开启着。请问一下大家有何解决方案，可以提速优化一下电脑，谢谢

probably this is an unsealed update - the reason may be an antivirus program that prevents the processes from completing properly!

If only one computer should be checked by IT to compare the settings and explain the problem. you should not work with this computer - without checking
