Dock issues

I have the surface pro 3 with two docks (original pro 3 dock) in one location and another dock i bought recently for another location. Recently USB ports of both docks are not working. Mouse and keyboard and printer work fine when connected directly to PRO 3 USB but not through dock USB. Screen projection is fine through dock. It is just the USB is not working, and must be from Pro 3, not dock since both docks wont work. I tried the ARM and AMD dock update on Microsoft site, but no change. Any ideas?

We have engineering teams that are looking specifically at Feedback Hub for logs on this issue - and we would love more logs to be able to identify this more specifically.
