Good morning, looking for some information on integrating these 3 technologies to get SU's in the cloud for the School District's users for if and when this type of Emergency and stay at Home with remote instruction happens again.
How can I find out if the EES L3 Edu licensing allows for deployment of Azure and Intune?

For Enrollment for Education Licensing, I would refer you to the EES Program Guide for dependencies and organizational coverage requirements:

The EES licensing guide at http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/6/6/F6611596-992F-498A-A8EE-B0B39A6A4D0A/Enrollment_for_Edu... has the details on the requirements. Assuming you meet those requirements (e.g. org-wide EQU coverage), then you would have full rights to Intune for Education, AAD Premium P1, etc. For more details beyond that, talk to your licensing specialist or account team.
