Adobe PDF Printer code integrity problem

Copper Contributor

Hello! Beginning in August of this year, whenever I've installed Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on my company's laptops the Adobe PDF printer does not work. The following error is generated:

“Code Integrity determined that a process (\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe) attempted to load \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\AdobePDF.dll that did not meet the Enterprise signing level requirements.” There is an identical message regarding aduigp.dll."

when trying to manually install the printer we receive the following:

"Unable to install printer. A certificate was explicitly revoked by its issuer."

When we manually load the 2015 version of the DLLs it worked.

This happened to us earlier in the year as well, and was fixed by an MS update.

Is this a known issue and is a fix in the works?

Thank you
