If it can help, balenaOS for RPI4 and Buster (Raspbian for RPI4) have been released. If you had in mind to deploy IoT Edge on RPI, follow the links below:

• Balena
• Buster
• IoT Edge on Balena
• IoT Edge on Buster

I have not tested yet using IoT Edge on any of these alternatives but the task is somewhere in my list of "pending tasks" :).
