When trying to capture a sysprepped Windows 10 image I noticed that the drive letters have changed.  I went into the registry and exported HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\MountedDrives, sysprepped the VM and then imported the file back but that did not make any difference.

I am using VmWare Workstation and a VM where I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 PRO vs 1909.

Any ideas?
