When we click "My Healthcare Bots" from Management portal,
gives the error "You are not the owner of any Healthcare Bot instances."
Although I am using the same account to create/manage my Healthcare Management as well as Azure portal

Can you please follow up by sending the following details to Health Bot Support healthbotsupport@microsoft.com:
1. Email address used to provision the bot in Azure
2. Your bot url : https://us.healthbot.microsoft.com/account/<bot_id>/
