For Healthcare BOT, in Agent transfer scenario from BOT, which type of Agent is supported

Can we transfer from BOT to Microsoft Teams based agent/or a PSTN User

The built-in handoff functionality currently supports the webchat channel. You will need to deploy an "agent" webchat which is available here: https://github.com/microsoft/HealthBotContainerSample/tree/live_agent_handoff Handoff support to the teams channel is not publicly available yet, however we intend to support it soon. We don't have plans to support PSTN.
