Greeting Scenerio not working properly ( Azure Heath Bot )

Hi Guys,

I have created a bot and created a custom greeting scenario, when user comes the scenario gets executed, but when I selects some options it gives me "Sorry, it seems I can't answer this." which seems default fallback, which I am confused with
