Cannot find asp.net web configuration page.

If I remember right in visual studio 2008 there was a button for asp.net web configuration page. I cannot find it anywhere in this visual studio 2022. It is where if I remember right and these tutorials are right, you configure the site for first use with login capabilities. I think you can define memberships and such in this tool as well. It was like a world with a hammer in the old visual studio but I cannot find it here. If i remember correctly, you can configure login for first use.
