Viva email waking me up at 4am

Hi all, 


Is there a way I can change the time I receive viva emails? Currently it comes through at around 0400, which wakes my partner and I, and is going to lead to a broken phone.


For reasons I won't go into I need an audible notification for emails (I don't get so many that it's an issue with this account - apart from this ridiculous new 4am problem), and don't think I should need to turn my phone to silent at night time to suit a new issue for a notification I don't actually need (again, it's not a busy account), surely there is a way to change this?


Further to this, it is via a work account, so would this need to be done via the organisations IT team, or should I be able to manage this within my own settings?
