I would like to create multiple campaigns in Viva Learning to help users adopt Teams based on their skill set (basic, intermediate, advanced) and by topic (Teams - General, Teams - Files, Teams - Meetings, Teams - Using Apps, Teams for Projects, etc.).

My goal is to include targeted courses from multiple sources. For the basic Teams training, I would like to include the videos and documents that we find in Teams Help > Training page. Yes, users could go to that page to watch the basic videos, but the Viva experience is much nicer and will be consistent with where we want to send them for all other types of training.

We looked at Featured Sets - we're limited to 6 courses, and the featured set only appears in the banner of the Viva Learning app. You can't search for a featured set, or deliver a group of featured courses through the catalog.

We looked at adding Viva Learning to a tab of a channel - but this quickly gets unwieldy given the number of tabs we would need, and we don't want to have multiple channels for each topic due to limited resources to moderate the channels.

We looked at the custom content repository - there's no good solution there because you cannot add URLs to the library that are from outside of your SharePoint environment.

So, initial requirements are:

1. Create multiple campaigns with no end date. (Viva Administrator/Manager role)

2. Group specific courses, including the short Help topic videos and PDFs, in the campaigns.

3. Display the campaigns in the the Viva catalog.

4. Add or remove campaigns from tabs in any team, on any channel.

That should be enough to get the conversation started...let's brainstorm!

I don't have premium, but I have found two ways to accomplish something a little similar.

First of all, I have LinkedIn Learning, so we created a learning path in there.

Secondly, we created Teams Tabs with the videos in the order we think it is best to go through them.

Pulling the video training from MS Learn has been a bit tough as you can't link to a specific video and people don't always notice the selection options on the left side. Secondly, the naming for the search on the videos still has a lot of room for improvement.
Thanks Greg, that's what we found as well. We created a page in our SP environment with links to the help videos and loaded those into the Viva Learning repository but it's still not the slick experience we looking to give our staff.
"Slick" is not the term I have associated with assigned, curated, scheduled, or sequential education in the current version. I have high hopes, but currently, Viva Learning feels built for self-direction instead of both self and guided. Hoping throughout this year that can change.
