I would like to create multiple campaigns in Viva Learning to help users adopt Teams based on their skill set (basic, intermediate, advanced) and by topic (Teams - General, Teams - Files, Teams - Meetings, Teams - Using Apps, Teams for Projects, etc.).
My goal is to include targeted courses from multiple sources. For the basic Teams training, I would like to include the videos and documents that we find in Teams Help > Training page. Yes, users could go to that page to watch the basic videos, but the Viva experience is much nicer and will be consistent with where we want to send them for all other types of training.
We looked at Featured Sets - we're limited to 6 courses, and the featured set only appears in the banner of the Viva Learning app. You can't search for a featured set, or deliver a group of featured courses through the catalog.
We looked at adding Viva Learning to a tab of a channel - but this quickly gets unwieldy given the number of tabs we would need, and we don't want to have multiple channels for each topic due to limited resources to moderate the channels.
We looked at the custom content repository - there's no good solution there because you cannot add URLs to the library that are from outside of your SharePoint environment.
So, initial requirements are:
1. Create multiple campaigns with no end date. (Viva Administrator/Manager role)
2. Group specific courses, including the short Help topic videos and PDFs, in the campaigns.
3. Display the campaigns in the the Viva catalog.
4. Add or remove campaigns from tabs in any team, on any channel.
That should be enough to get the conversation started...let's brainstorm!
