Be sure to review this guide for setting up Amplify in your organisation. 


  • You need to have either a Viva Communications and Communities license, or a Viva Suite license. 
  • Add people to the admin roles - SharePoint Admin, Groups Admin. 
  • Manage who can create campaigns in Amplify - Default is ‘Everyone in your organisation’. But you can limit it to selected people and members of security groups you define. 

The Amplify app will appear in the Microsoft 365 app launcher once it has fully rolled out to your organisation.
