Hi I have an MSDN key for Visio 2019. On install I get this error:

I had Office 2016 installed prior to trying this. It had this error. I tried all the steps on this page including trying to repair Office 2016. At that stage it unistalled all my office apps.
Trying to even reinstall Office 2016 gives the same error. Totally stuck. Any help appriciated
