I regularly host webinars for anywhere between 40-150 participants. We have a registration page, and after every webinar, we are told that a couple of the participants did not receive a link. For the webinar I hosted yesterday, I was told that one participant received the link -15 minutes into the webinar. We've suggested that people check their junk/spam folders etc, but this feedback is consistent. Can you offer any advice? Perhaps a way to resend the meeting link just before the session to all registered attendees?
