Hi, I have send webinar invites to customers, one of my customer joins the webinar, after that I'm unable to see registration list, it only shows attendance list now. Can you please advice how i shall change this as i need to know which customer is registered for the webinar. Urgent support is requested.
Apologies for the delay in responding, once a user joins the webinar, you are correct that we will show the Attendance dashboard (the Attendance tab in the meeting invite in Teams), which indicated who joined that particular instance. In the upper right there is a Download button - that will download the full attendance report (for that instance) as well as the registration report - which should show you all of the registered attendees.
