Authentication challenge for webinar

Hi everyone,

Working in the context of users from mixed tenancy in NHS and have set up a webinar that should require registration. A small number of users have reported being challenged to sign in before they can complete the registration procedure. We need the registration to be available without an authentication challenge. Does anyone have any ideas?

FYI the registration is set to "For everyone"

Indeed if the webinar registration setting is "for everyone" there should not be any need. It looks like in the screenshot above that user might have a Guest account - curious, for testing purposes, can the user try using an InPrivate browser to hit the registration link and see if it reproduces?

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for having a look. Yes, you are quite right. They will have a guest account with us as well as with a few other orgs too. My theory was that somehow their guest account was being picked up by windows via edge.

When I was gathering the information we tested with InPrivate and it worked as expected, i.e. they got straight through to the registration page.
