@Arindam Thokder we required to change our company email domain from xyz.com to zxa.com example. Our setup is in exchange hybrid and 50% mailbox in o365 and 50% in on-prem with HCW & Adsync. We have doing the following:
1. Register new domain with o365
2. Point the domain MX,Cname to o365
3. reissue certificate with mail.zxa.com, autodiscover.zxa.com
4. add new domain as accepted domain in exchange server
5. import new ssl in all exchange servers.
Also, pls note that we already have one xyz.com working perfectly on same setup and we are adding additoinal domain to it and make zxa.com as primary SMTP address.
