Breakout room issues to assign user to a room
Anyone else seen issues to assign a user to a break out room? Screenshot in Swedish but the "i" say "This user can't access breakout room" At the time for testing that user was signed in to Teams with an external identity and used Edge browser. Ended meeting and rejoined and this time it worked but that is not the case all the time. Issue seems to be random. This happens quite often last couple of months, anyone seen this?Teams Panels - check-in issues
Hey, anyone experience issues with Teams Panels check-in feature? We have seen that the "Check-In" button on the panel is there but suddenly is dissapears. When that happens the rooms is not released and the email "Booking declined: No one checked in, so the room was automatically removed from your meeting to make it available for others." is never sent to the organizer.Windows 11 and "Teams for Home or Small Business" (How to never get it installed on a business PC)
I can't find any official documentation on how to avoid the"Teams for Home or Small Business" to get installed on a business computer. I guess no business would like to have the consumer app installed and rather to have only the'Teams for Work or School' on those PC's 1: How to be able to upgrade Win10 -> Win11 and make sure the "Teams for Home or Small Business" never ever get installed? 2: How to make sure the"Teams for Home or Small Business" is never installed on a clean Windows 11 (is it bundled with the OS itself)? Anyone found a way to prevent users to change from private to public. There is a teams parameter called visibility and I assume it's theAccessType of the underlaying O365 group. I would want to restrict the option in the UI for the owner to change this. Nothing in the "CsTeamsClientConfiguration" and i can't find any policy which restrict this either.Skype Meeting broadcast - Disable "make video on demand available after the meeting"
Is there no way of disable the"make video on demand available after the meeting" in a policy or configuration. I have checkedCsBroadcastMeetingConfiguration andCsBroadcastMeetingPolicy but the option seems to not be in there.
