EVENT ABSTRACT:
Earlier this year Microsoft announced a new set of solutions, known as Microsoft Viva, and conveniently coined a new term to explain its purpose: the "employee experience platform," or "EXP." In this session we'll dig into Viva's strategy and overall design, and how organizations can leverage it to engage their most valuable asset: their workforce. We'll look at Viva's features and capabilities, covering not only its four current modules (Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Learning, and Viva Topics) but also how Viva itself fits into the bigger picture of Microsoft 365. The session will also discuss new features and upcoming features, expected update timelines, and how these changes will impact your end users. A variety of perspectives will also be included, as there are sure to be implications for developers and IT pros that need to be considered just as much as those for your users, if not more!
