We have a connector update for you!

We have an updated connector for Universal Print preview and we urge everyone who is using the connector today to download the latest version and test it. 

 

The new connector offers the following: 

  • Support for receiving connector updates automatically 
  • Reliability fixes in print job processing 
  • Improved support for various printer drivers 
  • Improved support for various print job options 
  • Ability to capture and share detailed diagnostic logs

@Rani_Abdellatif Is there a process for upgrading from 0.20.7380.21783 from the private preview?  I keep getting errors when I just try to run the new install.

I actually got it to install. I had some windows updates to do (KB4565511) and rebooted. When it came back online I was able to double click the installer and it went smoothly.

@Rani_Abdellatif  Using the latest download, we have just tried to register our connector "HCLConn" and we reviced an error message saying that there was an error while registering. Any ideas how we can get round this?
