Hello
I just received the acceptance into the Universal Print program. I wanted to assign the promo code into our existing M365 subscription, but got the error that the promo code is not working.
Can we get a new promo code or some help with troubleshooting this one?

@ToonD I added my tenant last week and haven't had any issues using the promo code. At which step do you receive an error and what is the exact error message??

@ToonD you need to a global admin for the the tenant to which you are applying this offer.
Request support if it continue to fail. Support request can be created using one of the following (based on your Support plan with Microsoft):
