We recently switched to Universal Print and since then, both PDF and Word documents have been printed incorrectly scaled.
Either the file is printed extremely small in a corner, or only a quarter of the file is printed extremely enlarged.
This happens with both, Din A3 and Din A4 printouts.
We did not have this issue, when I started to test Universal Print 4 weeks ago and we never had this problem before we moved to Universal Print, so we assume it is related.
Any ideas, how we could fix this?
