'Pending' status for print jobs using Universal Print

When I send print jobs to a print queue the status displays 'Sent to printer' on the print queue and within universal print they are 'Pending'.  Verified the print queue is active and working on the print server.

This device was somehow removed from the collector.  No update required.


It's worth mentioning that when you see "Sent to printer" in the Windows queue, Universal Print is the "printer". However, the status in the Azure portal is for sending the job to the actual device. That's why it was "Pending" when the connector couldn't find the printer for which the job was intended.
